Fantastic Results with Fitvibe Vibration Training
Cathy joined Ocean for our summer special back in July 2009 and has never looked back!
Initially Cathy was only using the gym, and getting steady improvements - but then she realised she wanted to go that step further and really challenge herself, so she booked herself on a Fitvibe course... and another... Oh and another!
Cathy says she loves the one to one training, as every session her instructor pushes her harder than she would push herself.
She not only achieved her goals but exceeded them; dropping body fat by 4%, losing 8cms in her problem areas, and gaining muscle tone in all the right places!
Before the Fitvibe, Cathy struggled to complete 3 press ups; 6 weeks into her vibration training she managed 30 in a row!!!!
Cathy's stress levels have reduced and her energy has soared. Now she feels an increased sense of well being and more confidence in her body shape.
