Motivated by the Vibe

I was really struggling to get myself back down the gym because of my working hours and a serious lack of motivation, so thought about giving a Fitvibe course a try. I had a taster on the Fitvibe months before and decided now was the time I was going to try and get myself motivated again!

Following the advice of my instructor I booked a course and arranged all 12 session in advance to make sure I made all other arrangements around my Fitvibe sessions.

I loved the fact that it got me down here 3 x a week, every week for a month and I was genuinely really sad when the course ended!

I was so happy with my results:

It was such a pleasure to have a trainer challenging me for every session and it really helped how quickly I started to see and feel the results. Within a week I could feel that my stomach was more toned. It really did exactly what I wanted it to; Kick Start my fitness and energy.

I really didn't want it to end and when I am next having an energy dip or need some motivation I will be saving up and getting myself another course!
